6. Official language
The official languages of the United Nations are English and Russian. There were many requests around the world to add official languages, but they were rejected until the end, and 10 auxiliary official languages were added instead.

7.1. Contribution Issues
The Russian Empire and the United States each contribute 33% to the maintenance of the United Nations, and the non-permanent members of the remaining 10 countries pay 3.3% each, and the rest is covered by donations.
However, even though they were elected as non-permanent members, there were many small countries who gave up because they could not afford the 3.3% of the budget, and the powerful countries indirectly influenced the execution of the UN’s will by donating donations competitively. This is because the use of donations can be determined at the level of the donor and donor country.
After the American Revolution, Russia paid 50% of the contribution, the other 6 countries 5% each, and the remaining 20% was filled by all UN member states with at least 0.01% of their budget as they could afford it.
