    Autor contune story!

  2. Duck Butt says:

I’m wondering. What does poison mean here?

  3. Enter says:

The author takes breaks and milks subscribers plus.
Comments for new chapters are filled with sarcasm and poison from readers.

    p.s.
Childhood friend is alive (in ice of the barrier of worlds).

  4. Vic says:

    Still no update, sad

  5. Ean says:

    Poison level: very low

Is not perfect, but the history is enjoyable, Mc is op and not stupid. I don’t consider this as harem (chapter 120) Mc has various love interests, but currently no advancements.

The most remarkable part I think is Mc personality, at first he’s lost and doesn’t know what to do with his life, but start enjoying teaching and overcome his previous regrets. Not your tipical bland no personality and abused Mc by the fl.
As I said before it’s not perfect, but there’s a lot of poison out there, this is safe.

  6. Sephir says:

Maybe i was tired but i tried to read it when it came out,
read up to ch10 or smth it was mid tbh idk why so much people hype it’s not that bad but the plot is kinda bland

  7. Poison tested; the MC is overpowered, solves problems quickly, but there isn’t any “critical thinking” or “genius” stuff. The regret doesn’t hurt the story, in fact its one of the good parts. 10/10. Didn’t collapse or foam at the mouth.

  8. Kyryuu says:

Que será de la amiga de la infancia

  9. All Night says:

The translation of this is up to chapter 89 currently… so i’ll likely reread and recoupe some brain cells from MTL.

  10. Mohamed says:

I recommend this to everyone one of the best in the whole site

  11. @Kyryuu That’s not a good path. Return before it’s too late

  12. Kyryuu says:

    Recomiedame novelas de netori

  13. says:

    Charlotte is the best girl!!!

  14. Extra Extra says:

    TY for the update.

There are so many good games out nowadays that it’s causing chapters from all these updated novels to pile up for me because I haven’t found the time to read them.

  15. brend412 says:

This novel didn’t interest me enough to read it, but I was curious as to why my childhood friend disappeared and never came back. Did this finally get explained in the novel? If yes, can anyone spoiler me pls?

  16. Gahar Gahar says:

After reading 80 chapter i think that this story is actually a really good one.

It has some boring parts. Mostly because of the fake harem at the academy and the fact that wast majority of people who are interacting with MC are females who are somehow connected to him. This interactions are making story very slow and are not leading anywhere because even if MC is willing to accept more than one heroine in the end then how many wives can he realistically have?

This is actually quite complex story with many things going on at once in it. We have an overpowered guy with a severe PTSD and a lot of people who are wanting him to be loyal to them. A lot other people who are messing with the country MC is living in and a lot of people who wronged MC in the past and now are regretting it (in some cases) or trying to avoid MC or annoy him (in other cases).

What i mean is that it is difficult to understand what is actually happening around MC. Who is really a bad guy and who is a victim of misunderstanding among people who are interacting with MC?

  17. Extra Extra says:

Protip if you’re having doubts about whether or not a novel is a good read because of the comments:

-Wait a few days/week after the novel has been uploaded.
-Check how many people have bookmarked the novel.
-If 100+ have bookmarked it, then there’s a much higher chance that the novel will be good and that you’ll enjoy it.

This particular novel is 280+ bookmarks so far.

  18. Manchester Black says:

I guess each person is a different world because the reviews can’t be more different.

  19. MC is one of the seven heroes. The MC was heartbroken after being abandoned by two women he loved (the writer said this was not NTR, just a missunderstanding novel). MC is now a teacher at the academy and many of his female students look up to him. Again, the MCs lack communication skills and reject love after having been abandoned by the two women earlier. For me, a novel with a good trope of misunderstanding, is what made me laugh, as is 0.01 Second Sword Master, but this novel is a bit frustrating with the MC as the narrator.

  20. I’m at chapter 70 and I think that regret tag may belongs to the protagonist not the heroines

  21. Illustration on discord
    But anyway yeah
Mc does seem boring personality wise except for the “gary stu” vibes

    There’s much to it
Pretty bland honestly but there’s a regret tag on novelpia?
So its either ella or the nun who left mc knowing fully well that mc is emotionally dependent on them

If they did , so without any good/bs reasons
    Dont let them get redeemed.

  22. Guys, can you tell me if this novel has illustrations?

  23. Ag Sen Ag Sen says:

    9/10 good story
the bad point is only “this guy is particulary strong, and since his appearance many things happened, but why no one in the unknown never suspect him”

  24. Jackysito says:

    Pretty decent read

  25. Lku says:

    Ugh so many mixed reviews

  26. Spooderman says:

Unlike other novels i like how there’s so much into it, other than just fighting and being an OP mc. There are so many things that i am still very curious, I would definitely wait for more chapters.

  27. I am batnam says:

    Chapter 53

I love it so far, okay first of all i’ve read comments before i’ve read it i just wanna clear some things,

    ● I don’t think ella is dead, atleast for now. It’s just an speculation from mc about the things that might or already happened to her.
●Judging how all the arc that is happening to his students were girls, It’s highly likely that it’s a harem. But unlike many novels that has harem, this one have a good build up and just like someone already said, I also think this will be a slowburn harem romance.
    ● I dont know why his age and the heroines bother you so much, hes not even that so old yet, I mean he goes to war when he’s 14 yrs old and serve for 20 years, u know what i mean? like it doesnt even matter. I’m a sucker for romance so maybe it’s just me.
●”Ella left mc” this one is very confusing because at the start i remember mc was saying that his childhood friend left him. I assumed that ella betrayed him or just left without a word only to find out there’s more into it.

@Hash20 dude. I think u need some rest lol, seriously tho what kind of videos u watching on tiktok for your algorithm to be like that. And besides why are you so mad that koreans made novels that you didnt like? who said you should read them all? Wouldn’t avoiding them would be better? You are entitled acting as if they owe you something. I want to say more but it would be pointless because you probably didn’t even read it. mf really used tiktok to compare something💀, Have some class lol.

  28. This novel is definitely worth reading, I recommend

  29. Dagonsuznyx says:

This is a good read. I like what they did with the childhood friend

  30. Forgotten one says:

    It’s a new “regret” novel…

  31. Extra Extra says:

    Good read.

I enjoyed what I’ve seen so far (ch 53) and hope to see more chapters in the future.

  32. Arlos says:

Well, I’ve read this story and it’s honestly kinda meh? Not bad, but no transcendent either, not sure why it’s so hyped.

  33. shelwyn shelwyn says:

I’ve read to chapter 53, if Ella’s had gotten pregnant 🤰 by mc at age 14 their kid would be 18 or 19 just the right age to enter academy. Who knows if she did, probably not and she’s probably dead anyway.

  34. huehue huehue says:

I’ve already read the first 50 chaps. See you at chapter 51 🦆

  35. Sector_98 says:

I honestly can’t understand why this is praised this much. I will say it is pretty good but I wouldn’t say it’s amazing.

The reason why Ella actually left was actually interesting I will say, and it gives a better reason as to why MC took longer to get over her.

  36. says:

Also I want to die because of reading too much mtl that my mind is fried and dying literally💀💀💀.

  37. says:

This novel is actually good that I read it for about 8 hours since I am slow reader🍷🗿.

  38. Yeah I don’t like it or I’m just very uncomfortable at the development of it. I don’t want a harem with girls 20 years younger than him, it’s just weird.

  39. Neevermind about Ella. I got my answer

  40. @Boobzlover I don’t think that was a kidnapping. I mean she wrote a letter before she left. Not only that she met Mc the night before she left.

I think there’s a more complicated reason but I can’t fit theories much

My theory is that since her mother was a maid in a lord’s mansion she was made to marry that lord’s son or at least be a concubine. She didn’t want that so she fled with the mercaneries. Didn’t tell Mc because he was weak at the time and didn’t want to put him in danger.

Another reason I think it’s not a kidnapping because at ch1 author said it’s not Ntr and heroines are virgins. Speculating from this since there wouldn’t be any other reason mercenaries kidnap Ella she either fled on her own or she already dead like u said and don’t belong in the category.

Btw Charlotte may have died too. It was said that hero party beat demon king executives at a great price. And for some reason Mc already fought with hero because he knew and broke through hero’s sisters signature move

Honestly author… There’s too many questions but you keep writing about other storylines

  41. Wry Vent Wry Vent says:

MC is an unreliable narrator. There is more to the story than his childhood friend just leaving. It is revealed slowly in flashbacks.

PTSD OP MC with no goals, family, and few friends after a war goes to teach at an academy.

    It’s a good read imo.

  42. Emphat101 says:

Is this really readable? A story about a guy who left his family and enlisted on the frontlines just because the girl he likes left the village?

  43. Arlos says:

Harem was tag was added by the author, not Noble.

  44. says:

Hmmm I think this will be a slow burn harem romance since most novel that I read don’t change their tags or genre then again it is my experience with no sources to back it up so take it with a massive grain of salt.

  45. Boobzlover says:

And 100% no harem, why the hell there is harem tag i don’t know since there is no romance among character and almost every female in this novel is like 15-20 younger than mc
The only tag need in this novel is regret, fantasy and academy

  46. Boobzlover says:

    10/10 good story
For who still not sure to read this because regret tag, the only regret is not reading this
There is hardly any romance only past realitionship and MC never meet his childhood friend
But the title kinda misleading, his childhood friend was kidnap not leaving him
The only reason he say “leaving” in the begining was his defend mechanism and she probably already dead

  47. Hash2O says:

Koreans seriously need to grow some d$ck! Seriously, you’re dumped so you go to war? Enough with this kind of novels seriously.. Who can take a dude, who can’t forget his childhood sweetheart even after 20 years, seriously? Does someone take this MC as some bad4ss? On tiktok there’s often boys arround 17 or 18 who post videos of themselves lifting some low weight with their veins showing on their thin arms, with ecouraging sentences such as “since i’ve heard her moaning on the bed with my best friend” or “she dumped me for my bully”, and you know what? In my opinion the MC of this novel is this kind of guy and the MCs of this kind of novels with “abandonned”, “divorced”, “ntr’d”, are this kind of sh1t. And only koreans are thick skinned enough to write novels about it.. Unlike the boys of tiktok who are immature and matrixed, these old dude think it’s nice to write novels with a plot like this? Ah, lord. How I miss those good old generic prota who regressed after seeing their whole family slaughtered.. At least they had a true reason for being strong.. Korea’s culture is so sad seriously, in their mind being made low by a woman and, despite exherting yourself physically, being unable to get over with it is cool? Worst, there are actually people who think this kind of bloody plot is nice? Yeah, not lying, it’s time to get back on chinese novels, at least those bloody plots of face slapping are always better than that..

  48. White says:

    Chapter 53

I don’t know but I want him to meet Ella faster

  49. I hate regret novels… but the 9.2 rating don’t lie so…

  50. Dagonsuznyx says:

Not only good novels, but they also have great translators and editors.

  51. poop says:

Frl genesistl site have alot of peak novels

  52. says:

Huh isn’t this translated novel from genesistl site hmmmm since this novel is from that site. I’ll shall not wait for the reviews since most novel’s on that site is actually good tbh.

  53. shelwyn shelwyn says:

:puke: regret and harem tag ffs :puke: fk! Ok I’m going in!!

  54. says:

the only poison I dare not taste is the combination of regret and romance. I will wait for the brave warriors

  55. Q D Q D says:

Is this good? The ‘regret’ tag seems… typical?

  56. Very good, I’ve been waiting for this, thank you!

  57. Kirill Popov says:

    Wow, it was really added.
