  Lol I suspect this novel is self insert author, he married 2 woman, and his two wifes don’t have any conflicts each other. His wife just become background character for 200 chapters. After become emperor, all his kids is successful, no conflict over the throne. The eldest son just smoothly become emperor, replace MC, and the youngest son satisfied become scientist and become dean, help the kingdom more advanced. The daughter just satisfied become house wife lol.

This novel is basically alternative history. MC has a logical person character. He is the son of a baron and did not go to school, choosing to take the title of baron without going to academy. From Baron, he became count until finally he became emperor. The story revolves around politics and war. MC gets too much plot armor and everything looks convinient. He never lose in war. All his surroundings loyal to him. I don’t know which alternative country MC lives in due to lack of historical knowledge, but it’s probably the border of France and the UK. The MC defeated France and even conquered the UK and made it part of its kingdom, something that France only dream.

MC not smart. Relies on future knowledge. Not much character development. One dimentional characters. Battle scenes get confusing at times. Read if you dont have other stuff otherwise its better not to.

Well, character creation-wise there’s really nothing to praise, and the wars admittedly look inane to modern eyes. However, wars in Europe in age of the cavalry truly was like that. Opposing sides made a promise to met each other in a set battlefield at a set time, then they charge against eachother, usually on an open field. I think the world building is at least more interesting than the characters and the plot.

MC is not smart and is just relying on the author to get him out of inconsequential jams that make no sense (He knows a certain future that’s bad and just rolls with it just because? When he was clearly trying to differ paths already). There’s no magic here so things can’t be handwaved away. The author too isn’t smart enough to explain the situations clearly, feels like a lot of things are explained as it’s because that’s just how it was in the past/nobility/serfs/slaves.

Honestly, i think MC smart personality kind of forced just like comment above sayin. In addition, the romance part is a bit cliche cuz masterxlord where his maid become his lover (which i can’t accept, mainly bcs of the FL maid itself were just like mary sue that need to be protected. The story was easy to be predicted, the world building often skipped the process just to achieve the designated things

From the first chapter I can already say that it is a bad novel.
Some will say that one episode is not enough to say so, but I will explain my criteria below.
It seems absurd to me when a protagonist transmigrates to another world and accepts it without hesitation for a second, but at least many of them try to explain it in some way.
This is not the case, the story literally begins with the protagonist opening his eyes and seeing himself in another body, and what do you think? He doesn’t care, he doesn’t doubt, he doesn’t care, the moment he realizes it, he accepts it.
What’s more, without a few hours or minutes of reflection he decides the path of life that he will take.
What?
Is that even logical?
I don’t know if others think that it doesn’t matter, but personally if the story starts like this I can’t expect much of the development it may have.

For those who want a review:
1.protagonist is not smart, he is just dumb the smart part is probably cause he got knowledge from the future.
He relies on plot armor purely.
2.everyone here is 100% 1 dimensional, so u just cant like anyone.
3.author lag a LOT of skill im writing, so the story flow badly as possible.
He needs something, he gets it… No build up.
The first villain is a corrupt guy he finds instantly.
4.Clever protagonist= he is sending the girl he likes to her doom then his father stops it.
U may end up liking it but i think this is totally the worst quality wise novel on this site.
(At least from all the novels i tried)
its just impossible to enjoy reading this.
