But it’s possibility is low. But Miho got the best chance cuz she helped him with vitality and life force. As far as I know all the girls who were kissed by Frey ended up with him.

1) Lulu – Frey first randomly kissed her when he first made her his pet. Who we initially didn’t think would get so close to Frey, let alone fall in love with him, helping him in all sorts of ways and eventually marrying him.
2) Rosewin – the MVP herself. Frey kissed her after the second ordeal at his B’Day party when he was with Clana and Rosewin wanted to make Clana jealous. Initially I just thought she wouldn’t be part of harem (cuz I thought only main heroines were gonna marry Frey at end of series) and even author didn’t help Rosewin with that after we knew Lulu and Isolet became part of harem by making her suffer and be helpless (though her possibility of getting into harem increased by then). But yeah she was kissed so she worked hard & got in lol.
3) Ruby – Well (Best girl) Ruby first kissed Frey when she was about to r*pe him. But this was when they were actual enemies so it doesn’t count towards her “getting into harem” kiss. The kiss that made it happen was when Frey wanted to make her fall in love with him. And then we all know what happened. (Best girl) Ruby married Frey & now has 2 kids with him.
With this it’s still quite possible for Miho to join. But probability is still low as I said before. If Glare manages to join then the probability increases not just for Miho but for Icy as well considering she made a similar statement like Miho to Frey.
??? Why have the bittersweet rejections in the epilogue that’s supposed to be everyone’s happy ending? Especially since Frey knows that at least one of them was 100% ‘atttacked’ through the affection system.
