I Possessed an Academy Without a Protagonist chapter 3

Episode 3. just crazy

Episode 3. just crazy

The novel I wrote, “Sent to the Academy as a Spy,” is set in a world view on a single huge continent. A new continent was discovered later, but that was a long time later.

The country that holds the hegemony of the continent is the Freyja Empire, and 10 years ago, the Empire completely invaded the Trud Kingdom, which rejected the request for annexation.

Despite the difference in economic power, military power, and population by more than 10 times, the Trud Kingdom continued to consume the imperial army and succeeded in drawing up an armistice agreement.

But this was only a temporary peace.

While the kingdom suffered irreparable damage, the empire recovered its military power within six years and was able to resume the war.

So the Trud Kingdom changed its grand strategy.

Before the war resumes, a large number of spies will be dispatched within the Empire to temporarily sabotage them.

By mobilizing all separatists and anarchists within the empire, they decided to drive the situation to the point of fear of the dissolution of the empire.

The main character, Hurt Locker Siegfried, was sent to the Imperial University as its vanguard.

In order to cause the worst terror in history, to annihilate the students and professors on the ‘decisive battle day’.

However, Hurt Locker, who has been worn out by being used as a war weapon, meets various people at Imperial University and regains his emotions.

Hurtlocker, who lives under the stress of having to kill friends at Imperial University someday, realizes that there is an even greater public enemy for mankind.

In the end, Hurt Locker realizes that he must build unity rather than destroy the empire, and begins to work to unite the human forces…

is the main gist of the story.

“Nimiral….”

already cooked

Because Hurt Locker was not admitted because of me.

Now, this bastard will never regain his emotions, he will live unaware of the existence of public enemies, and he will launch all kinds of terrorism to destroy the empire.

The person who was supposed to be the hero of the human world has completely turned into a villain.

By the way, there is no such thing as filling in Imperial University, so even if I cancel my admission, Hurt Locker will not be accepted.

“What are you really doing?”

If the kingdom’s sabotage succeeds and the empire collapses, the human world will perish.

Without Named from the Empire, the main character alone will never be able to stop the impending huge wave.

I’m pretty sure I set the power balance like that.

It was the reader who sent me here.

I’ll help you make the ending.

In order to return to the real world, you have to drag it all the way to the ending.

Even if the story is slightly different from the original.

“Yeah sh*t. I decided.”

I put down the empty beer mug.

I made up my mind with him.

I also made a commitment.

The future plans are as follows.

Once admitted to the Imperial University.

Then, I gather all the Named from Imperial University to my side to stop Hurt Locker’s sabotage.

In the end, I somehow managed to convince the main character…

“Hey yep.”

It doesn’t make sense already.

How will the main character react when a university student from an enemy country interrupts all sabotage and asks for help?

It’s not designated as the top priority assassination target, but I’d be happy if it didn’t.

There’s no f*cking answer

Since the main character is the final boss counter, it is impossible to carry out the operation without omitting it.

The guy who used to give me everything every day, called Ki-yeon, is standing in opposition to me, so I can’t be this f*cking stupid.

“Can not help it.”

Then there is only one way.

Hurtlocker compels me to cooperate.

Even if you beat it.

Even by destroying the kingdom if necessary.

Even if I take everything from Hurt Locker, I will surely make him stand by my side in the final battle.

*

“I’ll turn.”

darkened night.

Six hours have passed since I left the tavern, and I am still wandering the streets.

The reason is simple.

There is nowhere to go.

I haven’t done anything in 6 hours.

Schlus Heinkel Walked an hour to the city hall to find out where this bastard lives.

But what I got there was-

“Schlus Heinkel…. No information at all.”

It was only the fact that Schlusus wasn’t at least not a resident of the Islands.

After all, it is only natural that the bourgeoisie is the only commoner living in a system that boasts murderous land prices.

If so, I thought that at least I would have booked an accommodation, so I stopped by all the nearby accommodations.

“I’m sorry. A customer named Schlus Heinkel-“

“There are no reservations under that name.”

“I can’t find it. I wonder how it’s spelled-“

But there was no result.

I couldn’t find it even though I searched all the places in the backward places.

Or maybe there was no place for Schlust to stay from the beginning…

“Hey, maybe.”

As I was walking down the alley, I found a pile of newspapers piled up in a corner.

Maybe that’s where Schlus slept last night.

Perhaps Schlusus came to the system without a penny to take the imperial university entrance exam.

Slowly, the ominous premonition was becoming a reality.

“Ttt….”

It was already late at night, and raindrops began to fall little by little.

I’m hungry, but I only have 50 Tyrion in the water.

When this happens, there are only two ways left.

One is to break in and do anything and ask you to sleep for one night, and the other is-

“I’ll have to go back.”

Returning to the Imperial University.

Perhaps the latter is better.

***

“Are you done tidying up?”

“Yes. It’s over, Examiner.”

“I am no longer an examiner.”

“Oh, that’s right. Chief Professor. Here is the final result table.”

exam room scoring room.

Head Professor Ludwig frowned upon accepting the results of the entrance examination.

Erica von der Liechtenburg.

Edengart Trier von dem Schulzenberg.

Einz von Wiegenstein.

All the names of the geniuses who had listened to the prodigy since childhood were written there.

But what bothered Ludwig was none other than the name at the top.

It was Schlus Heinkel.

The only commoner among the incoming students.

It is also a commoner entering as a senior.

That fact alone made Schlusus displeased with Ludwig, who had a deeply rooted sense of choice.

“Oh, is it because of the commoner?”

“············”.

“You said you got a perfect score in the special exam? How was it? The head professor was there.”

“It was great for a commoner. But that’s all.”

Ludwig clicked his tongue and returned the paper.

From that point on, Ludwig’s mind was filled with the thought of how to get Schlus out of it.

He’s a favorite of the president, so it shouldn’t be the usual way.

It was at that moment when Ludwig thought deeply about whether there was a more subtle way to hold him accountable.

“Professor. Outsiders are looking for you.”

“Me? Who am I, but.”

“I didn’t exactly appoint the head professor, but I was wondering if the head professor would be the right person to call the dormitory general manager.”

“So, who is that?”

“Schlus Heinkel. This is the guy who’s going to be the senior student…”

“············”.

The professor held up the crystal ball.

The crystal ball was illuminating Schlusus standing upright at the front door of the school and basking in the rain.

His empty eyes fluttered to meet Ludwig’s, and he couldn’t help but wince and startled.

The surveillance artifact installed at the main gate must be covered up so that it cannot be observed by any means.

But maybe it was just a coincidence, his eyes turned to another place again.

Only then did Ludwig let out a breath and parted his lips.

“Let me in. Please come to my office.”

“Yes, head professor.”

Ludwig turned around, fastening his tie.

A faint smile appeared on his lips, wishing that it was just fine.

*

“·······Schulus Heinkel.”

“Yes. That’s right, Professor Ludwig.”

“············”.

Schlus Heinkel.

Ludwig’s lips twisted as the rotten-eyed man entered the office.

Rain was dripping from his drenched body and wet the carpet.

There’s no way a wizard enough to apply to the Imperial University can’t do that without using a single flame magic.

You’ve been wasting your magic from somewhere, or you’re doing that on purpose.

The latter seemed more plausible to Ludwig, but there was no evidence to say anything about it.

Ludwig closed his eyes and snapped his fingers, and the fireplace began to burn.

“······· Go dry.”

“Yes, thank you.”

Schlusus stood upright and bowed his head, then proudly went to the fireplace and sat down.

It was an attitude that showed no sublime characteristic of commoners when dealing with aristocrats.

When dealing with Ludwig, even a low-ranking aristocrat came out with a servile…

Is it that he has lost his cowardice or he has some faith in him, or if he is not, he is unaware of the might of Bermanstein…

Either way, he was a bad guy.

“So why did you come to me?”

“Is it confirmed that I will be entering as a senior?”

“Announcement is tomorrow. Check it out then.”

“The outcome must have been confirmed already, isn’t it?”

“Even so, I have no obligation to tell you. I asked why you came to me. Just answer the question.”

“The privilege of the senior year. I would like to receive the dormitory single room and dignity maintenance fee in advance.”

“Explain the reason. If there is no justifiable reason, it is impossible.”

“There is no place to sleep and no money.”

“············”.

Ludwig’s mouth was shut at the dignified answer.

Even before entering the school, the request to withdraw the privileges of the chief was absurd, but it was even more painful to say that it was the reason.

Commoners usually hide their weaknesses (especially economic weaknesses that are perfect for attacking by nobles) as much as possible.

Schlusus said confidently, as if it wasn’t even a weakness.

What the hell do you believe in?

A way to take advantage of that weakness immediately came to mind, so Ludwig parted his lips with a faint smile on his face.

“In principle, it’s not okay, but it’s fine. Let me give it to you.”

“Thank you-“

“There are only conditions.”

“What?”

“I will keep my position as the head of the grade until the end of the first semester. If I lose my senior even just once, I will be expelled.”

“············”.

“It’s about breaking the rules and doing it a favor. Shouldn’t it give you a grade that’s commensurate with that?”

As Schlust’s expression hardened in real time, Ludwig’s smile gradually became clearer.

During the first semester, the senior position changes three times.

at the time of the entrance exam. during the midterm exam. and at the final exam.

So far, no student has won the top marks in both the entrance exam and the midterm exam, let alone all three.

There has never been one in hundreds of years of history.

This means that the requirements for entrance exams and midterm exams are different.

What is the probability that a commoner who got a perfect score in the special test just because he was lucky enough to get first place in the midterm test…?

0. It doesn’t converge, it’s just zero.

‘I don’t want to be expelled.’

Schlusus seemed to sit quietly for a long time, thinking.

Even just graduating is guaranteed to lead to a career path that is unimaginable for ordinary people, but there is no way to be expelled for being crazy.

On a rainy night, Schulus will tremble on the street, grabbing his hungry stomach and going to sleep.

Then it would be no better if it freezes to death.

Some might call him a sleazy bastard, but at least he didn’t hold Ludwig accountable.

Because he was just doing it in principle. To put it bluntly, it’s a favored one. whatever the terms of that favor.

“good.”

“Yeah. You could say that too…. What did you just say?”

“Proposal. I will accept it. Please guide me to the dormitory. Please pay me the cost of maintaining dignity this month.”

“············”.

All of a sudden, Schlusus was standing right in front of Ludwig’s desk, looking down at him.

Lost in words, Ludwig forgot that he was a commoner and swallowed nervously.

Expectations were wrong.

He wasn’t the one who lost his head.

he was just crazy

What kind of stupid setup is this?!
I thought the protagonist was missing(or doesn’t exist) and picked up the novel.
    It’s just he’s somewhere else.

And other than him the world-destroying event can’t be stopped? Why?
And why can he barely get in? He’s a spy sent specifically to get in.
He should have the medium-level skillset for the academy. Why almost fail and at the last position?!
And a f*cking single spy can destroy the entire empire?! 😮
I think the empire should stop all war and go into full self-reflection mode considering it can be screwed over by a single spy.

  2. There is a set limit for the amount of people that will be admitted. Original MC got in because his scores were barely enough to get him admitted into the last quota. Transmigrated MC originally shouldn’t have gotten admitted, but because he did, he took place that was supposed to be OG MC’s.

  3. If I understand it correctly the OGMC passed because the OG schlaus in all of his stats will only fail in the OG timeline because hes weak so the OGMC can slip in the quota of the admission even though he would arrived late. But because the MC(Author) passed in the exam theres no slot for the OGMC to fill in.

  4. Sidjd says:

I’m guessing there is a set limit on admission, and now that the admitted students are full the Mc can’t get in??

  5. Arcus 101 Arcus 101 says:

???Is it just me who doesn’t understand why the original MC fail to enter the school? It’s not like the original MC got a bad score and just barely pass so why didn’t some other student be the one who didn’t get in. Did I miss something?
