If I had to describe myself briefly, I would say that I am an antique collector.

It may sound like a grand introduction to myself, but I want you to know that I’m not that great of a person.

What I collect isn’t artifacts of hidden value, it’s just old-fashioned genre novels that have disappeared without a word.

This book, which I am possessed by now, is also of that kind.

A book without a name, even the author does not know who it is.

Occasionally, I was told not to buy such a book as much as possible, as people who are obsessed with the occult may be cursed for buying such a book.

Actually, nothing has happened so far.

But now it really happened.

It was around the time when morning glory vines rolled up the wall and noisy cicada chicks were infested.

At the time, I was obsessed with mannerism.

I just did it.

As it is, all the well-known fire pits had already been acquired, and all that remained were the very minor among the minors, and the books that even the names were not searched for.

In the meantime, I found this ‘Dacapo Dream’.

The exact year of publication is not known, but it was probably in the mid-late 2000s.

Because that was a time when battles for talented people were overflowing.

Considering it was the early 2000s, there was a tendency to be strongly influenced by Japanese academies.

The content was actually quite similar.

A story of a royal fantasy school.

If there is one other thing, how about the ending?

This type of book usually ends with a hopeful ending.

However, this book wasn’t like that.

It ended with an absurd ending that the world would be destroyed by a villain who suddenly appeared.

At the very least, I don’t know if there was any probability in the process.

Nor was it.

At first, I wondered if there was a double line I missed, so I read it over and over again, but it only became self-evident that this book was garbage.

So, I shoved this book into a corner of the bookshelf and decided to forget it.

Just like any other fire pit.

And, around late summer, when the book completely disappeared from my mind.

I was living a boring life like any other.

A life where nothing fun, nothing special, nothing bad happens.

It was my life that there was no stimulus at all, so if anything strange happened around me, I should have noticed it earlier.

I was also hoping for something like that to happen.

However, no such thing happened.

No, I didn’t even feel the slightest omen.

So, I remember that I slept normally that day as well.

And what greeted me when I woke up… .

Sometimes things that are more fictional than fantasy happen in reality.

However, I didn’t expect such a thing to happen to me.

At first I thought it was a dream, but unfortunately it wasn’t a dream.

It was a reality for me.

The chill creeping through the cracks in the windows was a reminder to me that it was true.

I remember being confused.

Why did this happen to me?

I don’t know if I’d sent a 5700 character letter or something.

I don’t even know who the author is, how would I do that?

So, that was my conclusion.

The only reader of Dacapo Dream is me.

I couldn’t think of anything other than this.

Otherwise, there was no reason for me to be left behind in this world.

Still, it wasn’t all that bad.

That being said, I’m the only one who possessed this world.

There are many cases where there are multiple possessors these days, but where is that not the case?

At least not having to compete with other possessors gave me some comfort.

… The problem was, there was only one good thing about it.

After all, the object I possessed is myself in a parallel world that just died.

It’s not that I want to be possessed by someone with something special.

Because criminals have their own lives.

Still, it is the human heart to want to live on a slightly hopeful background.

A guy like me is a dumbass with no talent.

That doesn’t mean he has a good back.

Possessing me was never a positive thing, as the only thing better than others was that I was able to roll my hair well.

If I had stopped at that level at the very least, I wouldn’t have cried like this.

This ‘parallel world me’ was a guy who didn’t have anything right.

My parents had long since passed away in an accident, and the only body that could be said to be theirs was not in good shape.

No, at least in a parallel world, shouldn’t they have a similar background?

I mean, my parents are living in the original world with integrity.

I didn’t even live a life where I was terrified of not knowing when my heart would stop and break if I didn’t take medicine for even a few days.

Well, he was a guy who didn’t have a specific answer.

No matter how many times I look back, he’s the kind of guy that can’t be explained other than as a collection of misfortunes.

Well, I guess he ended his life on his own.

I think I would have made the same choice.

There is no need to hang yourself or jump from the roof, just stop taking the medicine and you will die on its own.

understand it

However, the fact that he possessed such a child’s body was unacceptable.

No, it’s not enough to drop me into a different world full of psychics. If I was possessed by a guy who was living a life miserable enough to commit suicide, shouldn’t he give me some plausible powers?

I didn’t even want a status window.

If it had only been a good skill, I would have been grateful and wrote it.

However, the only superpower I could use was to create a single, thin thread.

How the hell was he able to enter the S-Class of Trinity Academy, the most prestigious academy in the movie with such an ability?

It’s one of those things that I don’t understand at all even now, after a while.

Of course, it didn’t matter if I could understand it or not.

In fact, it’s a natural thing to say.

It’s an S-class, and it’s a bummer, and first of all, surviving isn’t the most important thing.

There is no one whose dream is to ‘spread on the street and die of a heart attack’.

What could I possibly have done without even having a penny connection?

Whether you deserve it or not, if there is a place that feeds you and puts you to sleep, you should crawl in.

Of course, if I go to school as it is, I’m sure I’ll be ripped off and f*cked, so I’ve been able to develop even this stupid ability on my own.

The strength of the thread has become quite strong, and the number of threads that can be made has increased.

It’s still a shabby ability compared to the other characters, but it can’t be helped.

It’s already happened, so all you have to do is do your best in the future.

Anyway, this is what happened over the past three months.

Shall we put aside the boring story full of complaints and move on to the prologue of the novel now in progress?

The spacious auditorium is packed with people.

The strangely rigid and bustling atmosphere is no different from other entrance ceremonies, but the colors are quite different from the entrance ceremonies I was familiar with.

Because I have never seen such a colorful and bright entrance ceremony in my life.

Occasionally, guys with bizarre fashion senses appear in the crowd, but they stand out because there are only one or two.

When so many people are painting themselves with their own colors, it’s no longer special.

Still, there is a reason why each of these guys feels special.

Paradoxically, the reason is also color.

Bondi people have a certain color.

No matter how strange the bulky clothes they wore, the color of their hair and pupils was bound to be one-size-fits-all.

However, most of the guys here were ignoring that rule.

Green hair, purple eyes, or blue beard.

It was full of such looks, which is difficult to exist in general.

It would have been a sight I would never have seen if it wasn’t for another world.

“How many minutes have you been waiting, really?”

“There is nothing we can do until we match the number of people.”

“Look at that bastard sleeping over there and tell him.”

A story like that was coming from the other side.

From the tone to the pitch, they were perfectly native Korean vocalizations, but their appearance was not Korean by any means.

Nevertheless, the reason why their stories can only be heard in their native language is thanks to the serial card implanted into my body by the Academy a while ago.

Medical check, interpretation, payment, identification, and other miscellaneous functions.

How many functions are packed in a piece of metal that is small enough to roam freely through my blood vessels.

It was a very advanced worldview in many ways.

“Hey, the dean is here.”

“Would you like to finish it soon? Don’t skip meals. I’m starving.”

“Did the in-flight meal taste good? Why did you take it?”

“It was f*cking delicious.”

After a long wait, the owner of the empty podium appeared.

That man is Oscar Sharma.

He said that he was one of the strongest in the world and had a good appearance, but seeing it in person, he looked like an ordinary middle-aged man tired of the world.

No matter how great a hero was, there seemed to be no business in front of his age.

Seriously, if you’re over 100, you might lose your will to live.

[ah Ah ]

Is it finally starting?

Now, I am with a historical scene where I actually experience the prologue in the novel.
