10 – Episode 10
It was time to go home and naturally I met Seoa.
“Seoa”
“Ah! Jihun~”
As usual, Seoa came to meet me and I greeted her as we went out of the school.
“So.. Seoa”
I was about to open my mouth, recalling what Seok-ho had said earlier, but
“Ji-hoon, do you want to study at the library right after school tomorrow?”
“..Huh?”
Seo-a suddenly suggested studying at the library.
“Uh.. sure, whatever”
I nodded indifferently, but I felt a bit disappointed.
The only time I could invite her to my room was when I called all my friends and she was among them
“Uh.. then.. what about today?”
“Uh.. let’s do it in the class like last time?”
So we headed to Seo-a’s class.
“This time, let’s do it in our class. I brought the key in advance”
“Really? Okay”
Seo-a opened the door of the class naturally and sat at the desk.
“Ex..excuse me”
“Pfft, why are you hesitating? There’s only two of us here”
I entered awkwardly and sat next to Seo-a.
Sitting like this, it felt like last time.
“Well, shall we start studying?”
“Yes~ teacher”
We had a good time together.
And so I studied hard with Seo-a and went back home.
And so I fell asleep without much thought and went to school the next morning.
“Hi”
“Yeah”
I greeted Seok-ho and sat down at my seat to prepare for the class.
“So you’re going to your place today?”
“Ah, that changed”
“Yeah? Suddenly?”
“Yeah, Seo-a said she wanted to go to the library right away”
“Ah, that’s right, they said they would keep the school open for a long time because of the exam period, right?”
Was that so? It feels like a long time ago and I can’t remember well
“Anyway, that’s how it turned out, so don’t go home right away and just meet up and go to the library”
“Okay”
And so I repeated the classes and breaks, and during the breaks I met Seo-a from time to time and during the mobile class we sat together and wrote on each other’s notebooks and talked

“No. Come on, let’s go Ji-hoon~”
I also got to see the queen version of Seo-a for a while and before I knew it, it was time to leave.

I went to Seo-a’s class with Seok-ho

“I heard from Seo-ah that we should do it at the library?”
“Yeah, the school library is open until evening”

Everyone nodded at Seok-ho’s testimony and went down to the library.
“What are we studying today?”
When I asked Seo-ah, she hesitated for a moment and said
“Ji-hoon, you are weak in math, so I’ll teach you that first and…Seok-ho, aren’t you in the same class as Seo-hyun for the mobile class?”
“Uh.. just one, yeah?”
“Seok-ho, do you have any subjects that you are bad at? Seo-hyun is good at studying, so she can teach you”
Park Seo-hyun nodded from the side.
“That guy, no, Ji-hoon, you are teaching him, right?”
“Yeah, both of them are hard for me to teach, so”
Seok-ho smiled and said
“Okay, Park Seo-hyun, I’ll teach you instead!”
“What are you talking about, tell me your score from the first grade”
“Ah, I’m not trying to teach you history?!”
“What do you mean? I can do anything!”
“Seohyun, you’re Korean…”

Seoa and Park Seohyun were both surprised and I remembered then.
“Seoa, he was 30th in the whole school last year”

After that, Park Seohyun decided to learn Korean from Seokho and Seoa and I decided to learn math.
Is this humanities vs science?
“Okay, then um.. what do you find difficult?”
Honestly, I didn’t find anything too hard because I learned college math differently from before

“Ah, that’s definitely hard. Then I’ll teach you. Let’s start with the basics”
I felt like I was getting tutored by Seoa and listened carefully

Park Seohyun hugged Seoa and asked.

“No.. If it’s not done properly from the first grade.. You’re trying to teach everything from scratch!!”

“No.. You’ve done so well until now without proper understanding?”

Feeling stung by Seokho’s words, Park Seohyun couldn’t say anything.
“Hey! Your friend is bothering me”
When Park Seohyun said that, I answered like this.
“Bothering with studying is not bothering, you know?”
At my words, Park Seohyun snorted and sighed.
“Then do you want to go to the convenience store for a while?”
Everyone’s eyes sparkled at Seoah’s words.
“Let’s go!!!”
That’s how we went to the convenience store.
The convenience store is a restaurant, a cafe, and a source of everything? for us.
“..Welcome”
A part-time worker who looked very tired greeted us and we went to where the food was.
“Just like the library, don’t buy anything that smells, okay?”
“Yes”
We all answered like kindergarten kids at Seoah’s words and bought things

Seo-a just looked at us quietly. She probably wanted to buy something but couldn’t.
“Seo-a, do you want to buy anything?”
But Park Seo-hyun, who didn’t know Seo-a’s situation, asked her casually and Seo-a said she was fine.
“But I have a way.”
I’ve known Seo-a for years and did she think I couldn’t get her something?
She would feel uncomfortable if I bought her something because of her personality.
But what if I use this method?
“Hey, what did you buy so much?”
“It’s my choice.”
“Really.”
Our house is rich. Not just saying that, but really rich. Dad is a capable person who can meet with many CEOs and mom used to work as a secretary for a large company. They are both talented people.
“Wow.. can you eat all that?”
“No, but what can I do if everything I like is 1+1?”
Actually, there are a few foods that I like that are 1+1.
“No.. but still.”
“Ah, it’s okay. I can eat it at home or.. you guys can eat with me.”
“Really?”
“Yeah.”
“Awesome!!”
Seok-ho was excited and Park Seo-hyun thought what kind of guy he was and Seo-a..
“Seo-ah?”
“Huh? Ah..no, how about money? Allowance?”
“Seo-ah, he doesn’t have anything like allowance”
“What? He doesn’t get allowance?”
Park Seo-hyun was surprised by Seok-ho’s words and I answered.
“I get it whenever I need it”
To be honest, I felt a bit like that too. It was an answer that could sound arrogant if you heard it.
But this was not wrong. I just didn’t want to get allowance. The reason was obvious. I didn’t spend money.
My hobbies were watching anime, collecting figures, or going to events.
If I didn’t buy figures, there was no money to spend except for streaming service fees.
“Wow..”
But Park Seo-hyun misunderstood and thought I was a very rich person.
“No, I don’t spend that much money”
“Liar, you’re the type who spends the most”
“Puhahahaha, did you hear that? You spend a lot too, right, Eub-bung!”
He said that where Seo-ah was!? He must have wanted to say that he spent money on buying figures.

“Okay”
I took the bag and went back to school.
“Now, Seo-ah”
I handed Seo-a a can of coffee.
“This is”

As I said that, Seo-a nodded her head.
“Okay, I’ll enjoy it”
Seo-a said that and looked at the coffee for a while.
“Then, that’s it for today”
After having a snack, we started studying again and before we knew it, three hours had passed and we finished our study.
“Ugh..I’m so tired, Seo-a teacher”
“hehehe, you did well, Ji-hoon student”
“Me too.. I’m so tired, Seo-a~”

Looking at her from the side, it seemed like she was learning literature, but was it that hard?
“Did you do well?”
I asked Seok-ho as I looked at him and he shook his head.
“No, he has no talent for Korean”
“What!? Hey, you got all the quizzes right”
“You memorized them, didn’t you?”
“Then memorizing is not enough!”
“Then you have to understand it”
To be honest, I sometimes don’t understand Seokho either when he does that. He says it’s not memorizing, but in this education system where Korean is Korean but not Korean
“Hmm, you’re right”
But Seoa empathized with him and only Park Seohyun and I didn’t understand.
“Then, bye?”
“See you guys tomorrow”
And so Seoa and I parted ways with the other two in different directions.
“Did you have a hard time today?”
Seoa asked me as soon as we left.
“Well.. it wasn’t too hard”
I saw your face a lot
“How about you? Is it hard to teach me?”
“No~ not at all, it’s rather fun?”
“Really? Seoa, you teach so well that you could be a teacher”
“Tea..teacher? Hey, me a teacher?”
But Seoa really taught well. What was the reason again?
“Anyway, we have to part ways now”
“Ah..”
We would meet again at school tomorrow, but this moment was always a bit like that.
Then you might think that we could talk on the phone, but Seoa doesn’t have a phone, so it’s obviously impossible.

“See you tomorrow~”
With that, I looked at Seo-a’s back as I went home.
