Omniscient First-Person’s Viewpoint 33

The clothes packet is made based on the avatar information in the biometric terminal. Therefore, when the clothing packet is inserted into the biometric terminal, it becomes a shape that fits the body type, height, and size and wraps the body.

convenient. There is no need to bother putting on and taking off, and it is easy to wash. You don’t have to buy a new one every time you grow or gain weight. It can be worn out or damaged by using it for too long, but that’s the case with everything in the world.

Military people are addicted to its convenience. The reason that there were not many people against the military’s policy of engraving biometric terminals on all citizens was that convenience was greater than the military’s power. Most of the people thought that the country was doing something helpful for a long time, and they gladly received the procedure.

The tacit consent of the majority naturally led to persecution towards the minority. At some point, it became a felony for the military to not engrave a biometric device.

Thanks to this, the military has the ability to detain most of its citizens with a single packet.

“no!”

Fibers wrap around Kanisen’s body. It cannot be removed or cut off. The fibers are made from just above his skin and bind him.

Armor is also clothing, and the military has made military uniforms and weaponized clothing packets. Of course, it didn’t end there.

When I fell into the abyss, I was wearing a straitjacket.

A straitjacket is also a garment.

Then how would I wear a straitjacket?

Yes.

The military also abused clothing packets in other ways.

A clothing packet that cannot be taken off arbitrarily the moment it is put on, and handcuffs that come alive. with straitjacket.

There is no reason for the regressor to go to the biometric terminal for nothing. I don’t know if there is a sword that floats like a cherry tree, or if I get to the point where I can strengthen my body with qigong, I don’t know.

Even animals that break stones and chew people with their bones cannot move when caught in the trap. If you’re human, there’s nothing to say.

Well, anyway.

“Thank you for your cooperation. You were my best daily assistant.”

It was a pretty good magic show.

Words are a weakness, but actually, how easy is it to insert a packet into a biometric terminal during a fight? It’s easier to just cut your wrist with a knife. How do you rip the sleeve of your clothes and hit the packet inside when the other person is staring at you?

It would have been impossible if it weren’t for a magician like me and a former legendary pickpocket.

“urg! urg! Whoops!”

Both arms are tied behind the back. Both legs are also constrained and unable to move. A tight belt tied and tightened the five fingers one by one, and iron handcuffs wrapped around the wrists, leading to an iron ring.

I can’t even open my mouth. The self-completed, custom gag cuts between the lower jaw and upper gums without the slightest bit of mercy. There was also an eye patch that blocked the view.

It is the perfect restraint that makes it impossible to even think of the word resistance. Should it be called a military state, it is designed with an ergonomic structure to block resistance at the source.

It’s a bit embarrassing, but even a magician my size couldn’t escape.

They say that they cover their eyes to calm the excited beast. It was a concept that applied to humans as well.

Kanisen, who had been contemplating himself because the eye patch was blinded, realized after struggling for about a minute. That he couldn’t take off his straitjacket with his powers.

Closing your eyes and taking an uncomfortable posture has been widely known since ancient times as a way to control your mind. Meditation, did you say? Kanisen, who was doing the best meditation at the moment – in the sense that he couldn’t stop himself – quickly calmed his excitement and came to his senses.

‘Suddenly? Since when? Where were you hiding this packet? no, i why.’

great. Now you are ready to embrace the magic. I smiled and went back to him and took off the eyepatch. Kanisen was furious the moment he saw my smiling face, but then he relaxed. accepting defeat.

After all, I always feel it, but when something goes, something comes. look. You’ve become kinder when you give me a straitjacket as a gift.

“Ego. look at this. I don’t do tricks all the time.”

He smiled and picked up a pointed skewer. He flipped it over and turned it into a card, then spread both hands while hiding it in the palm of his hand. The long skewer hid in my hand in an instant and became invisible.

Kanisen’s eyes widened.

‘What I thought I dropped… !’

“answer! In fact, I pretended to have dropped it, changed it to a card and hid it! With this, he tore his clothes and put his sleeves in! It’s nice to understand quickly!”

raw skewers. Pickpockets are thieves’ tools they carry around.

The tip was sharply sharpened, so when he gently stroked the bag while hiding it in his hand, he would reveal everything hidden inside.

‘I didn’t notice, damn it… !’

“Don’t be too hard on yourself. Once upon a time, I was a promising pickpocket. Because there are so many hides that I have cut my stomach to the point that at one point, leather bags could not be sold because of me. After that, I washed my hands, but fortunately, my skills have not rusted yet.”

‘Damn… eat… . What the hell is… !’

“Ah, that.”

It was time for me to say something. Gamma’s weeping voice was faintly heard in the distance.

“Chief? boss? Are you okay?”

Kanisen’s eyes widened.

‘no. gamma! shut up! Plant bombs and hit them somehow!’

However, Kanisen’s thoughts were gagged and did not come out. Unfortunately, Gamma wasn’t a mind reader, so she can’t read Kanisen’s wishes.

Therefore, his thoughts are only heard by me. Only to me, who I don’t want to tell the most.

“ah. right. It was there.”

‘no! Gamma, detonate the bomb quickly! This is your last chance! gamma!’

“I have to deal with it from there.”

‘please! gamma!’

Pulling on the belt of the straitjacket, he dragged Kanisen away. Every time it collided with the rubble that had fallen to the ground, it got caught. I was annoyed because of the strength, but I believed that it would be even more painful for Kanisen who bumped into it, and pulled it hard. Honestly, this is Kanisen’s fault. Who wants to overturn all the rubble?

I returned to the passage leading to the basement. A rope tied to a pole is wobbly wobbly. Just like a fishing rod that has lost its owner.

A rope hung deep underground in a broken crack. Gamma, who was tied there and looking down, was now pulling the rope and looking for Kanisen.

‘Why, there is no answer from the captain? At best, I figured out the structure of Tantalus… . Unless you place the bombs quickly.’

The structure of Tantalus?

As I was about to cut the rope, I paused and read Gamma’s thoughts. Now, where. how is the structure

uh.

uhm.

huh? really?

After thinking about it for a while, I removed the gag of the Kanisen instead of the rope. As the button was released, the gag covered with saliva fell to the ground. Kanisen did not understand the situation for a moment, then immediately raised his voice and shouted.

In the meantime, I sat down next to him and calmly read Gamma’s thoughts.

“It is an order! Gamma, detonate the bomb!”

“Yes Yes?”

Gamma shouted, not knowing English.

“Chief! please upload me! There’s no place to go downstairs, so you can’t go up unless you pull the rope!”

“I am defeated! no chance left now. Detonate the bomb right before the rope breaks!”

“Ha, but. If it blows up here.”

“Now there is no chance! Blast it right now!”

“Cannon, the bomb is in my arms.”

“okay! A bomb in your arms! I mean blow it up right now!”

Gamma was an engineer named Wickroll. He plunged his hands into the darkness of the military and saw the tools of his own hands used to take lives. Feeling a great sense of guilt, he could not bear it and threw himself into the Resistance. The promising engineer Wickroll became the Resistance Gamma.

However, even after joining the Resistance, Gamma was a technician. No matter how much the commander he respected, if it was irrational, he would not obey.

“There’s no point in bursting here! The explosion is only going downwards!”

Gamma recalled the view from below.

The management room is littered with broken rubbish. If you remove the wide desk with broken legs, there is a passage leading down to the basement. The stairs also collapsed when attacked, so you had to rely on a rope to go down. Gamma, hanging from a single rope, squirmed through the rubble and descended more and more.

We arrived at an open space, as if standing on a tree and looking at the plain.

At that moment, Gamma realized the structure of this Tantalus.

The first thing he felt was the pleasure of being an engineer. An exhilarating sense of how the devices of unknown structures are aligned according to a single principle, and everything fits together. After that, the joy of breaking this prison, which the military must have worked hard to build, came.

A bomb the size of just one case. With this alone, the astronomical cost of making Tantalus by the military would literally disappear beneath the abyss. How efficient is it? It’s an unbelievable exchange rate. If Gamma was a merchant, he would have heard of a rare scammer.

However, the commander, ignorant of technology, was forcing Gamma an unacceptable command. Gamma shouted in rage.

“This tantalum has a structure similar to a tray supported on both ends. Not at the bottom of the abyss, but in the middle of the abyss!”

Breaking the hanging plate is simple. If you remove the part that you put on, it will fall down without any place to touch it. The Earthmother will know the rest.

“You have to split the explosives into three, one here and one at each end! Then Tantalus loses its balance and falls down! That’s the only way to bring down this mighty Tantalus!”

The answer is one. The rest makes no sense. Gamma desperately tried to persuade the captain.

“How many times have I told you I can’t! Can’t you hear me blast it right now, Gamma! Explode now!”

“If that happens, I’m the only one who will die!”

“I am ordering you to die!”

“… yes?”

Gamma’s thoughts stopped for a moment.

“He is nearby! Blast it now! There is no choice but to inflict any damage on the vicious army and on the man who killed his comrade!”

“Ha, but. this.”

“Tut-to-ri-la-go!”

Gamma looked around. He now hangs on the bottom floor of Tantalus. Explosion is divergence. If you try to explode it in an open place, its power will spread vainly down there.

Climb up the rope, put a bomb between the cracks and detonate it to do the least damage. Even that would be far from enough to destroy Tantalus.

But more than that.

Gamma faced the fear that surrounded him.

What if you drop tantalus? Gamma will die someday too, but it won’t be too painful. Since it is an abyss, the fall will last forever, and there will be time to calmly accept death. Maybe you can meet up with your friends while falling. Gamma is celebrating success with her friends and sharing the story, but she bumps into something and dies in an instant. The pain will never be felt. The Earth Mother will embrace his body very quickly and warmly.

Perhaps because it is an abyss, the fall may continue forever. Then you will chat with other friends, laugh until you get tired of it, and eventually fall asleep from exhaustion. And I’ll never get up again As if sleeping in darkness, death will come.

But what if you detonate a bomb? The body will be shattered and scattered in all directions. Blinded by the radiating light, the lungs burn with the heat, and Gamma’s body will be shredded in the explosion and scattered into the abyss.

Gamma shook her hand.

He was prepared to die the moment he came down here.

He wasn’t ready yet.

I just read all my thoughts. I grabbed the skewer and got up from my seat.

“Are you not ready? Then I will help you.”

“no!”

Kanisen’s shouts and Gamma’s cries grew louder and louder. I shrugged my shoulders as if there was nothing I could do.

“I will pay for this sin in hell.”

I skewered my most religious statements about going my own way. The rope broke. A mournful scream escaped the captain’s mouth. Even outside of Tantalus, a voice echoed in the distance.

Gamma became a lost child in the abyss. Where the Earthmother has abandoned her, she will wander for eternity until she dies.

Until he fully accepts death and commits suicide.

Kanisen sobbed. Now no one can make him successful. I can’t stop him from ripping out his ugly side and putting it in front of my eyes.

“Isn’t it ugly? What you said to the end was an order to lay down your life faster. You were just urging others to die while you were imprisoned and under me.”

“Kill! Do not insult me, kill me quickly!”

A truly great man is a handful. The rest of them jumped off the cliff they hit, pretending to have chosen them of their own will. A lost child in an age when neither a hero nor a petty citizen.

Unfortunately, Kanissen Riverwood didn’t make it into the handful. In the end, he too was driven out and fell into the abyss.

“Self-rationalization, excuses. Meaningless repentance and confession. self-contradiction. and hypocrisy. They put their manpower and resources into useless operations to self-defense, saying they did their best. It’s a very luxurious suicide. The four young men were killed with you, and the rebel assets became your burial.”

“I’d rather kill you!”

Kanisen slammed his face into the ground. He squirmed around like a worm and slammed his head down over and over again.

It doesn’t die like that.

I put the stone in my mouth and chewed it. Broken pieces of stone ripped open his mouth. He swallowed the broken stone. Let the sharp shards rip through his body.

It doesn’t die like that.

cut off tongue The teeth cut through the soft flesh, and blood gushed out.

It doesn’t die that much.

If he had died, he wanted to be forgotten as it is, so Kanisen continued to harm himself.

But.

Even if it is not recorded in the history books. Even if it is passed down orally and cannot be engraved into the world.

After reading it all, I can’t forget him.

“I know you. The life you lived, what you saw and felt. I’ve read all about what and how I lived. That’s why I’m not judging you.”

read

Think.

life.

dream.

A fleeting eternity to reflect on life before death.

He reads all the thoughts that pass through his forehead and weaves them into one book.

“I am the smallest ossuary in the world. A library that commemorates those who will be forgotten. The ossuary does not judge the sins of the dead, and the library does not classify the books. I just remember and keep it.”

The captain gave his body full strength in an instant. He shot one of the stone fragments in his mouth at me. The stone fragments stained with fleshy blood flew in a curved line… fell at my feet

This is not an attack. it’s a protest

A desperate protest to end this suffering, asking me to kill myself right now.

if you want

I grabbed the skewer and went back behind him. He sat with his buttocks on his back, clenched the skewers and lifted them. The pointy tip is so sharp that it hurts. Good enough to dig into people.

“Goodbye. Canisen Riverwood. The last knight who grew up drinking romance by the beautiful river. The whole world will forget you, but no one knows your end. I will remember you and the four young men who followed you.”

When do you think people die?

Opinions will differ, but at least Kanisen Riverwood’s death has now been decided.

He lost the will to live.

Because I had no intention of keeping him alive.

Kanissen Riverwood closed her eyes and lifted her head. He drew his neck long, hoping that he would kill him sooner rather than later.

He was always ready to die. He was also determined to kill others. If he had killed someone, if he had killed someone, he wouldn’t have blinked an eye.

However, he only lacked the resolve to face his ugliness.

There is no hell in this world. there is no heaven

There is only one abandoned ossuary.

It’s not a comfortable place, but I hope you can rest comfortably.

He brought the skewer to his neck. pulled straight The blade moves obliquely. A person’s neck is hung on the trajectory. The skin cracks, and red life flows out of it.

He must have felt pain when he died, or had he found rest.

no one in the world knows

Except for me.

Short pain and eternity-like flashlights pass by. Soon his thoughts were interrupted. What used to be Kanisen’s body became a single corpse. trivial, meaningless.

A small period was stamped on one book.

Those people that died except for the knight doesn’t deserve a cruel path leading to death

@Aramanela it’s already mentioned why he was sent to prison🙄

You don’t need to be a reggressor to be broken if you live like that you most probably are already ruined, because if what he said is true and the backstory he lived in the slums is also true imagine stitting in a corner sleeping or starving then suddenly baam someone dies and you get smacked by their entire life story whether you like it or not because that is their most intense moment and you just auto pick it up.

Hot damn it’s like living Thier lives and experiencing thier deaths cuz he also feels every emotion of Thiers right? I’m glad he still has a sense of “self”

Man, is the mc sure he did nothing to get sent to prison? This doesn’t feel like a typical street thug swindler.
