I Picked Up a Saintess from the Ruins

I have read until ch48, the story in short so far was about how our mc became a knight, some explanation about how the world works, a few battles against savages for money and then adventure with the saintess(a few more battles and they get to know about each other)

So far there is no romance. I would expect a timeskip before there would be any since i get imminent timeskip vibes from recent plot developments(girl is getting to college to learn from other saintess and mc will probably get hired by count until despute between emperor and pope subsides)

I will rate this 7/10 till where i read. It didnt make me want to alt f4 immediately. Probably going to get better after they introduce other saintess, apparently she has black hair too? Maybe she has some relation with mc? I can imagine a few ways plot could thicken by but lets see
This is mostly for myself to remember if i come back here after an update
