Despite the verbose writing being mixed by the mtl mess, this novel is good. Not that great but its good. The story is solid, no annoying harem drama (its obvious that three of the girls here have a crush on him but it isn’t made into a filler side-plot drama), and characters with each of their own motives and relationships that doesn’t solely revolve around the MC. Though the MC acts as sort of a motivation, teacher, and leader for them. As for the MC Manus(Magnus), I REALLY like his attitude. He immediately clears up every unnecessary misunderstandings that might grow up to become a hindrance to his relationship with his team, and while he might be worried about the story plot direction, he never makes his team suffer just to correct it and just deals with it. Something that other forced misunderstanding, possession novels should learn ffs.

And I love the Persona 3 inspiration. The MCs attack magic(Persona) is an angel(Orpheus/Messiah, and honest to God the fact that theres a possibility of the MC becoming a Door by the end of the story scares me). Theres a giant tower made by the god of death which will kill everyone after a certain period of time. MC makes a club whose sole purpose is to climb the tower and save people. And the MC raises his strength through interference with characters (aka ARCANA BONDS). Theres a room where the MC can fuse stuff (Velvet Room), and characters have their arcs before they awaken their true magic talent(Persona). Hell, theres even the team Mascot(s)!

It’s basically Persona 3 but set in world where magic is normal thing, it borrow a lot of element from the game, pretty solid start imo

The synopsis say he a villain boss, but the way he die is actually falling from a building and the protagonist who with him not getting accused because its ‘accident.’

And he using the game features and the first ability he chose like most novel always the most OP. And he can chose a lot of skill, passive and active skill. But everytime he pick skill there a time to wait for him to get the skil.

And in the novel, the original protagonist became woman
