Wall Street of the third generation chaebol mtl
late 19th century. The United States was ruled by oil king Rockefeller, steel king Carnegie, and finance king JP Morgan.
I fell on Wall Street in New York.
“… Detroit or Morgan?”
I didn’t just fall off, I was the son of the finance king JP Morgan.
I don’t know if my review will help anyone decide to read this novel or not, but here goes. Firstly, I don’t really like regression, I think this is the laziest modality in soap operas, after all the plot is almost ready in the story, it involves including the protagonist, changing some things for him to shine and as is the case, he makes a lot of money, secondly, I also don’t like the retraction of the 1899 novel, as I started reading it thinking about current times, in this case I think it was around the 2008 crisis, thirdly, the protagonist doesn’t like me, he’s very impulsive , he hasn’t even started the soap opera properly and he already jumps into the wolves’ den without thinking properly, of course it’s an opportunity, but he doesn’t have the thought that he’s in a fragile position when going back in time and possessing someone else’s body. As for the pros, I can say that the author writes well, knows when to give the necessary information, doesn’t play with nonsense, and I must say that he masterfully executed the excuse of memory loss and/or confused memories. This takes away the total imbecility. This idea that I read in several novels, and in many, was the reason for abandoning them. Forgive me for any mistakes, English is not my mother tongue.
