I tried to read through this, but barely got anywhere.

The pace and logic is bad in the best case and just horrendous in other cases. And it’s just a very meh plot.

And the characters lack any real depth and you don’t care about them. The author tries to be cheap in how they attempt to make you care about them (MC is an orphan and Heroine lost her parents in an accident) but you honestly don’t feel how it really matters to the character themselves as the author doesn’t write anything that concerns the actual emotions or hardships behind this. It’s just simply the author writing the MC is an orphan every so often which feels the same as if you’re saying he has blonde hair every so often for all it really matters.

The thing with the Heroine and her parents is only written so it can pretty much be the sole reason she falls for the MC is because he wasn’t totally apathetic when he saw her being sad at the time. That’s the complete narrative weight of it and has no other benefit.

And the only reason it seems this is a Reverse Gender World is to make it acceptable for an Idol to have married a guy.

The fact that this story has 200+ chapters is mindboggling or the reason anyone would want to read this story. Because it’s not interesting, it’s not well written and just honestly sucks.
