Its not bad. Read up to the latest as of writing (50)
There are certainly good parts like the world building aspect, but the tone can be sometimes janky. For one the slice of life aspect sometimes feel out of place and always boring.
The power levels and mechanics are neatly defined so there can be no bs, but in of the chapters they suddenly had a winnie hut jr. resolutions that felt absolutely out of place.
All in all its a good junk food read for now. I do feel like it can get interesting because there are some aspects that were set-up to be good like the world outside the academy city and the like.
Good luck to the author in his career of spamming ridiculous harem novels.
Will post a detailed review if people want it, but this is quintessentially mid. MC suffers from multiple bouts of denseness. Generic harem crap. Typical shounen academy story. Ultimately, enough of the overall plot has not yet been revealed (as of chapter 50) to know how the story will develop, but that may be the only saving grace.
Well i read until chapter 35 and I felt like everyone is playing or using the mc his childhood friend knows everything and won’t tell him and his college knows something but won’t tell him the principal knows something but won’t tell him is like the whole world knows all secrets yet the mc who suppose to know the future know nothing about the people around him
I don’t like stories like this where the mc know nothing about the situation and hid friends know everything but don’t tell him and even acting like a villain for his safety it made me feel like he’s a toy that can be played by everyone
I know a much much much worse story:

after read few chapter, this academy city remind me with Blue Archive althought the MC is far too different.
this one is more powerfull but he is clumsy inside.

I’m glad we cleared up that MC is a sick bastard on chapter 0. JP wns usually wait couple chapters before outing MC as a s*x offender.
He said she is beautiful and talented, and he needs to become worthy of her. NOT “Wow whatta hottie. I should woo her and make her love me for the rest of her life.”
I admit I also thought it looked weird though when he went like:
1. Get Job
2. Get rid of villains
3. Get laid
He just suddenly says (and this is word-for-word): “Third, marry my childhood friend.” And it sounds fine at first but then you realize they are not dating or in any relationship in that intimate manner (though it is seemingly mutual love).
So yeah, I understand why the person I’m replying thought he said “Whatta hottie…(cont.)”, it says that he’s trying to be worthy of her who is so beautiful and intelligent. Although it doesn’t really make someone a sex offender to want to marry someone who’s good-looking?
Just when I started getting into three sectioned staff because of jjk this novel satisfied my need as the mc wields it. Cool.

I didn’t like limited time demon Hunter. So unoriginal, I’m going to take something that original protagonist will get 5929 years later.
Mannnnn why don’t you craft something like “Crane of Majesty” which is a staff that enhances your magical abilities by 9x and also works as a mace, it is also forged by the greatest smith in all of Alturisia and made with the eye of black dragon Reximper, silver scale of the black wyvern, toenail of a god(?), and the blood of the family of royalty (different from a royal family) who have special powers that go from thumbtack to multiverse devouring demons.
If the royal family is a family that is royal and leads a kingdom, then the family of royalty is the family that leads the royal families- in essence a king of kings, hero of man, bringer of hope, opponent of dark, Arthur pendragon from Camelot, Gilgamesh, cool king called Frederick the great, another cool king called Richard II, and etc you get the point. A truly majestic blood that exists only due to the sheer capabilities and achievements it’s lineage has done. Oh but they don’t own any fiefs or land but they have a sheer dominating presence that makes everyone instinctively bow- even the demon king 🥺 so they are called king of kings because the kings are like “omg they’re so majestic he must be a king” but in reality, they are just the stupid disgusting munchkins of a stupid fantasy world that is not even real.
Hmmm I hope I do not suddenly get transmigrated into this shallow world I have just created. Lack of knowledge would be my doom so perhaps I should expand on the lore?

Let’s make it generic too, a demon king and hero story!!! But the demon king is actually dope guys, they’re not bad trust me. To be even more cliche, the hero who is originally a man is now a female.
I do not like r*pe so I will make it a dark fantasy that doesn’t have that- any crimes against humanity that exist now, they will not exist in the dark fantasy.

Hmmm yes they have exterminated the evil dragon Rexel (twin sister of Reximper) and stole all her eggs to raise as their own, dueled the fiercest demon king 928392 times and won all of them, reclaimed the entirety of the land of man from the wretched nonhuman scum (humans aren’t as racist though), cleaned an entire city and made it shiny new 😍😍, began a behemoth of an empire known as the Screwieself Empire after he married renown ice person famous for their coldness and rejecting marriage proposals (romantic love), so all the basic human rights and laws we have now- yep they created it, and etc etc they have a long list of achievements!! Truly deserving of the title, king of kings right? NO THEY AREN’T!!

Same author as the demon limited hunter huh. That one was a neat read but had many flaws. Hoping this one is as entertaining as the other but with less flaws.
