‘Truth be told, I had a lot of fun writing this novel. It was very fun to put the main character into adversity and roll. Originally, I felt that writing was fun, but when I wrote this novel, I enjoyed it so much that I read it three times a day. But… is it still because of my lack of ability? I received countless bad comments in the comments. Hard to read. I don’t like the flexibility. The development is strange. Etc… At first I thought it was just that. I just… tried to serialize it somehow. But… it didn’t work out. It’s my lack of ability. There are many things that cannot be done with love and effort. But… I won’t give up. Just as Enine was eventually forgiven by Dogram after repeating her regrets… I also… believe that that day will come someday. Like E9, I will try to keep things tidy for 5 years. And someday I’ll come back with a remake’

those are the discontinued announcement from the author and lot of novelpia readers angry with him.
Im fully agree with the negative review as the story development after mc died, its like the author didnt know what to write so he just quickly put an end to his novel.

dont blame the korean readers, because they were paying to read those chapters, of course they want a good story from the author, not a half-assed like this.

I dont even know why theres actually someone who want to request this novel to be posted in noblemtl.

Considering the authors only two works on novelpia were published in 2021 and haven’t updated I wouldn’t expect any new releases for this

Rone Allza’s characterization is inaccurate – this is very different from a typical Japenese light novel of this genre – MC does whine or complain or mope in misery when FMC (i.e., the childhood friend / hero) breaks the engagement – he says (litertally) “f#ck you” to the FMC and leaves her. And calling the hero pathetic is a little premature as you don’t know her actual motivation until chapter 17 (you may still have beef with her at that point, but you can’t judge her till then.)

Pots Potato’s review is pretty solid (and don’t feel bad Pots – while I knew the character was sketch, I didn’t see the plot twist either.)

However, the most important thing to note is that this novel is definitely not “complete” – the author seemingly dropped the novel in the middle of the plot, and the last chapter is an author’s note explaining how he intends to come back to it at some point (to the best I could understand). As a result, don’t expect any closure or plot resolution on this one.

  4. Q D Q D says:

The cover make me scary and the title is cringe so maybe I’ll pass

  5. (Potential spoilers probably)
The story focuses on regret so romance isn’t a big thing here. I came for yandere but there wasn’t yandere so be careful of that. The beginning of the story, like the comment above, shows how stupid and selfish the hero (girl/childhood friend) is. The ‘hero’ was slightly annoying, however the plot twist at chapter 17 kept me reading. The pace increases quite a bit after chapter 17, and that may be why there are so little chapters.

    My Synopsis:
Mc and Fmc get into an arguement, where fmc arrogantly suggests she leave mc for a prince. Mc, angry at her suggestion, breaks the engagement with her and leaves the hero party. As a result, another party member leaves to join mc and the hero is in a party by themself. The hero blames her problems on the mc and the party member and runs from a battle that the two had to come back and prevent due to her powerlessness.

    Anything else?
There was little to no yandere so I came back only a little disappointed.
Experienced readers might see the plot twist coming (I’m not one of them).

    (Spoilers)
The hero apparently loved the mc but it seems she ruined it for herself (chp 1).
There is actually regret and forgiveness in the ending.

The story doesn’t get you too attached, so think of this as a quick read. This story might not suit your taste, but I quite enjoyed it (opinion of a brain dead rotting potato).
Read a bit and see if you like it, and also, please take this comment lightly. Feel free to add on and/or correct me.
    Thanks for the read noble.

    6.5/10

  6. Rone Allza says:

Uhhh, I’ll pass. The early chapters is absurd, the “hero” is dum beyond helping, and the usual regret Japanese light novel style. Even for me it’s bad enough I’d rather give it 3/10

    Wtf the synopsis?
