Quick Review:
The novel actually gets better later on, and when the MC hides his power, he isn’t actually hiding it but his stat is actually trash, he can’t even run or punch properly because of his trash body talents, but his trait makes him transparent, also the OP actually comes later, he is OP because he can get unlimited traits and combine them to a higher level while others can only get one so don’t expect him to be OP at the start.
Also side-characters are great but the MTL isn’t very good compared to Demon-limited hunter but it’s still readable.

And I don’t like kind characters. The MC acts like her mannies. It reminds me of Umaru-chan, although she is considerably worse. For now, I will hold this novel and see later if the story becomes better.
The character on the cover above is Erio Vista, one of the heroines who is lazy and lacks social knowledge. Compared to the other two heroines, Han Si-Yeon and Rias Vermillion, she is the closest to the MC and gets the most story spotlight for now. The only one getting a cover illustration at the moment. The writer likes her character too much and forgets to develop other supporting characters. The author appears to have forgotten that she put the tag harem. He/she seems to have a soft spot for the archetypal genius and pretty yet feckless and slothful female character.

The structure of the plot is good, but the protagonist thinks a lot. The author gives a lot of explanation on what the protagonist thinks.

Definitely has a lot of the tropes you see in Academy novels but the author definitely executed it well in a way that’s generic but still fun. The hiding my powers trope kinda turned me off at first but having read till ch. 52, the circumstances of his abilities makes a lot of sense as to why he’d want to go unnoticed. As of ch. 52 man unironically can’t even run away from the academy if he wanted to. I like the characters as well, again they are generic but at least they have interesting personalities that add color to the story.

I’ve read until ch.35 and I just want to say…I don’t see where the running away part of the title come from. I didn’t see him running away much. He literally cannot even run. I feel the title is being ironic. Well it is a nice novel though. I’m enjoying it so far.
