Its hard for me to decide whether or not I actually liked this novel.
I like the action parts, but really dislike the harem aspects since they are to me not interesting in this novel.
The MC’s character is also very inconsistent for example he started to hide his ability for no apparent reason despite not having any problem showing his power before and after hiding it. This was never explain even until the latest as of writing this comment (ch61).
Overall its good enough for me to be somewhat intrigue to know more, but its not good enough for me to want more.
I’m on this side. The MC and the regressor parts are certainly interesting but the sister and the Harem parts are too much.
Readable, not best but good enough.
Author puts some of the settings randomly without any particular reason. Like mc hides his powers with no reason. His sister hides she is his sister in academy for no reason.
Except that this novel seems to be a mix of many troupes like hero villain, academy, returnee, regressor, dimensional gates in modern world etc.
Harem parts are also mid af. Just slows down the pace while not being entertaining
At least this author has the mc with no emotions as an excuse for not being able to show a proper human interaction
This is quite good, but MC decide to hide his power when 99% of time he doesnt even care about what others think is weird to me. Its just for nothing except for “op protag hide his power” Cliche and its ruin the whole story. The story from “op ptsd hero buldoze everything with raw man power”, Into “op ptsd hero hide his power for god know why, but still bulldoze everything with raw man power, like he never try to hide it”

Slice of life OP returnee MC. With a bunch of girls falling for him..
And for some reason the little sister also starts noticing mc as a man because hes handsome that an elf fell in love at first sight.
And MC is still stoik and cold because he killed his emotion to survive and its slowly coming back..
He also buldoze all his enemies without much effort..
Interesting at first but slowly becomes boring
Till 50 it was gold. Beyond it becomes silver. A solid 8.5/10 novel with potential to even reach 9 score if it does not fumble the mid part, which it will most probably. Such a shame.

After Chaper 44, this is a story about OP mc with sword and normal story about returning to earth. MC is almost emotionaless because he spends 10 years in another world. I don’t want to read the last chapters because i am weak. ,😞

Damn, reading this reminds me of a yt video of an interview with a veteran about violet evergarden. Specifically his reflection of the isolation and disillusionment after people can’t understand how he can be emotionless and unresponsive, even though he was just so used to bottling and suppressing his emotions in the battlefield that he finds it hard to express himself. PTSD is a real serious thing that’s still underestimated today.
Anyway it seems to be a more mature story with real actual drama. So it’s a breath of fresh air I guess.
From what i read. Mc isekaid to a world, with no hope and he got no mana like others before him but with training he achieves enlighment and kills demon king and he rips through time and space to reached earth 10 years after. But current earth is of hunter trope and Mc is like a buddha, passively calm

He is not Buddha, he just severed his emotions. He don’t have control over them just severed them to get stronger, essentially becoming a being who could not be completed. And his return of earth will make him more complete.
And story had Regression. It seems like in first life our MC died in other world as he was not even given swordmanship talent as some error. Now since Regression happened they sent back someone to past but also solved the error. So for Regressor boy nothing is going as planned as MC is just destroying every academy event without even trying.
Where harem?

NO. I’d be a little more cool with it if the sister is the older one but I ABSOLUTELY hate novels with younger heroines because it feels like the author is a ped and only the weird mfs would enjoy reading about the Mc grooming a young kid, especially novels with regression tags like this one
