I had forgotten I had started this before and even wrote a quick sentence or two about it. I was ready to quit at the exact same point, but because of a couple recent reviews, tried to give it more of a chance. I could only get through the first set of posted chapters; instead of getting better, it gets even worse, and is in fact absolute poison.
It suffers from all the worst tropes – “hide my powers” because “reasons,” d!ckless eunuch MC, dense MC, etc. It has all the hallmarks of a garbage harem – the female characters become fascinated with MC even though he is rude and condescending, all because “oh, he’s so cool with the sword” – and you can certainly tell it’s going to continue on that path. It is written at a shounen level for chuunibyous. There is continual overuse of a status screen (at time at least once a chapter) with little updates. There is no character or emotional development. The plot is cliche AF, right down to the prince wanting to kill his siblings to become emperor, and the princess (of course) falling for the MC. The FMCs are nothing but cardboards to prop up the MC.
This novel is awful. 1/10.

Honestly, it’s far from poison. A couple of things that people here complained about can immediately be resolved if one reads it carefully . For one, MC never blamed the teachers. Rather, at the start he describes what he felt in the first timeline and also highlights how the current him thinks of the previous him as a fool and idiot. On the contrary, the current him is thankful to the teachers.
He also has a semi-good reason to stay at the academy, considering that it has gravity chambers and some books which are helping him speed up his growth a lot.
Lastly, the author provides a good reason as to why he has to hide some of his power. In the later chapters, we can clearly see how people start to bother him once they see his strength, which clearly works to support the MC’s argument.
Tbh, it is arguably one of the better novels in the site. The MC geta character development and starts to change, albeit the change is extremely small. The world could certainly be expanded upon more.
The story is extremely MC-centric, and so far, there is only one heroine who is a teacher.
I am looking forward to updates in the future.

Could only get through chapter 16. I was feeling fortunate that I hadn’t seen one of these in a while, but this novel spoiled my streak – the worst of all topes (more typically found in Japansese web novels), “hide my powers” because “reasons.” Just garbage – poison for me.

Wait I’m not a sucker for tragedy, in the later later chapters of “I hate transmigrations” he learns that he literally travels through hundreds of different worlds so he can either go insane as a weak person or go insane as a strong person, so he just learns all that he can in the 15 minutes he has in all the worlds he’s traversing through. Then slowly but surely, he shall face no sadness no longer. Yay and the end of it will be him getting a final transmigration and blah blah blah blah blah no one cares

The overall theme of it will be comedy but in the later sections, tragedy. Because how would you feel if you were summoned as the last hope which everyone banked their existence on only for you to let them down by disappearing after 15 minutes and then seeing the despair and fear on their faces after the realization that they will die soon. Even the most jaded can not help but shed a tear to that. But it will be comedy too because it’s not all good, maybe some demon king summoned you for bad but then is shocked when you disappear after 15 minutes and he spent all that resources for a faulty ah hero.
Why tf did I write all this
I got this banger idea that I stole off of a Japanese manga. I’m going to make it better though because once the unique gimmick of that manga was finished, it became a generic isekai story.
So basically, MC gets hit by truck-kun or whatever you want the canon to be and then he gets to meet a goddess who’s in charge of sending souls to other worlds to save them, y’know the usual isekai story. But the catch is that the goddess is a dumb f*ck who messes up and now the MC keeps getting summoned into other worlds over and over again in a 15 minute cycle. Since a gods magic is powerful and the goddess is an idiot, undoing the magic that sends him to other worlds will take a while. Like 1-10 years long. So now the MC is forced to be summoned over and over again, unable to do anything and watch as the despair rises in the people who summoned him and entire worlds be eaten before his eyes. It takes a toll on his mental health and- oops my time ran out! Cant write anymore, maybe it’s because I’m too lazy
Okay. If judged Objectively this novel is average maybe a bit below. But the fact that MC thinks of all those potential heroine as “Annoying”, ” Waste of time” caught me. Dude loves the sword. When he heard the word “Dating” he went pale LOL.

Terrible experience for me… Although the theme is that the guy is only focused on swords he is so dumb and gets into all kinds of troupe… The guy has A+ intelligence according to appraisal devise but straight up teaches one of the heroines(that too a teacher who had the worst compatibility with him till now) – her perfected clan method although he wants a undisturbed life for sword.. Doesn’t he know that it is like asking for, to be disturbed(pls disturb me) and be obsessed with him as she gets into all kinds of misunderstandings and overthinking. Why is he oblivious to consequence of such a choice with +A intelligence. The guy”s reason to stay in the academy is not convincing by chapter 34 he is already pretty rich as he was saying food and rest(sleep) is the reason why he is still staying (he already confirmed that the education here is useless to him). He could rent and house and hire a servant already, he already have Elite connections to call some favours(great favours). The troupe is just a lazy cheap shot. Most of his reasons for why he does things this way is less convincing enough for me
If you are just looking for a harem-teacher-student-misunderstanding with op emotionally shut in mc then go for it. But please massage your scalp once in a while.
The novel “I became a Male lead clinging on to female lead” is a better take on this kind of novel and obviously it is rated better but i expected such a style story from this one, as it said ‘sword for life’.

I have read all 50 chapters. Tbh I like this more than the other similar novel. Maybe it’s because it’s more Mc focused rather than the heroines or Mc is overpowered with limits…
But so far I feel scammed by the title. So far there is only one (potentially two) teacher heroines interested in Mc. I thought all the heroines would be teachers. It would be so much better!

I haven’t read this yet but the poison seems to be so strong that it’s affecting me from a mile away.
MC was a piece of trash in the first timeline and got expelled from the academy because he was harassing the teachers, then he went to the mountains and spent 70 years training the sword until he became gigachad. Then he found out the world was ending due to a number of catastrophes.
He took them down, but the final fight against one of his ex-teachers turned catastrophe was a mutual kill.
He regressed to the time in the academy, but unlike most characters in the genre, he’s absolutely not motivated to change anything, his sword autism is beyond any reasonable limit, he only remains in the academy because he thinks he may learn something remaining there, instead of immediately going back to the mountain, and his interactions with the women can be resumed in “what do you want, be quick” and “begone, I wanna train/read, you’re wasting my time”
He kinda wants to avoid the end of the empire, but it’s crystal clear that he cares more about perfecting his swordcraft to the absolute.
The MTL is readable and I kinda like a MC who clearly rejects all thots and just wants to indulge his sword autism.
Cant even finish read the first chapter, MC took class just because the teacher is beautifull and cant focus on class because he busy staring at her face. The teacher kick him out from class because of that.
Its not happen once, its happen multiple times.
When everyone from his year get a job as knight and he cant get any.
He then go to mountain to train and somehow become strong.
When he come down from mountain, coincidentally there is some 4 horseman of apocalypse BS that destroying the world.
He defeat them and then meet his former teacher.
He resent her because he think its her fault for what ever happen to him after he got kick out from class.
I stop reading from that point.
MC is selfish mf, don’t want to take blame for what happen to him even tho its him fault.
And somehow become strong after training alone.
