My intuition didn’t deceive me. It is indeed a worthy piece of work. I can’t say that the narrative pace should have been faster… I think we are being told events at the pace they should be. However, what really disappoints is the small number of chapters. For such a leisurely pace, one needs to seriously immerse themselves in the book for a hundred or so chapters and get involved in the story, but we have just over fifty… It’s regrettable.

Good read, character is well written and the world building is decent i guess
But its slow pacing is killling me, sometime i just skip the chapter because its to boring.
There is nothing new adding MC as reincarnation. Its just too add more useless sentence which i skip when MC lost in his own thought. I bet making MC native to this world will not change single thing except for the story 50% shorter.
If you say, oh MC awaken his aura thanks to his knowledge, nope. Original MC also already obtain that aura without future knowledge. So making MC as reincarnator is useless. Except for that this novel is good.

the story started with the mc (an apprentice Knight for the fmc’s family) , fmc and fmc’s brother being sent away from the territory to hide to sudden invasion from the demon king.. later after the invasion ended fmc’s uncle betrayed them and sent mercenaries to their hideout to kill them to inherit the dukedom since fmc’s father is dead.. fmc’s brother dies in the process.. they manage to defeat the mercenaries and run away to the forest to seek help from their relatives.. uncle sends assassin’s again.. they’re saved by a member of the church of death (a forgotten religion with little followers). fmc becomes their saint in exchange for saving the mc’s life.
you might ask why didn’t the mc act based on his future knowledge of the novel..welp mc has no knowledge regarding the past of the villainess.. he only knew about her war with original female lead..
in terms of relationship he and fmc were already very close before the story started so little progress regarding that
tada!!! I just summarized the first 37 chapters which could have been written in 10 chapters only but the author decided to waste our times.. he’s not a bad writer but the pacing was so slow and it was very boring

  just to say again.. the author’s writing ability isn’t bad itself.. side characters aren’t clichéd and they feel like they have actual personalities..I can see the sincerity he had put into writing this.. this novel has potential if he decided to pick up the pace later

I despise white haired lolis, if it’s going to be a white hair, they need to be at least above 5’6, Napoleon, and conquer 3/4 of Europe or the equivalent of Europe in their fantasy world within 1.6 years.

  Though I only skipped through the early chapters rly fast (until 16 cap). The fml made some slip ups in her dialogue, that she has been stalking our mc even before they ran away from the dukedom and she is a 12 years old… 🤨
  Anyways it doesn’t sound bad the novel, though I have to still read the rest.
  For anyone who wants to read u can just read like the first 2 chapters then skip to 12 that u won’t lose anything.

  bleh..17 chapters just to set up the tragedy which wasn’t even that touching.. the mc and fl are looking for revenge against the ones who betrayed her family and and her brother. I don’t know if there’s magic or superpowers in this novel yet
